JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing various operational functions within an organization in an efficient and effective manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and address challenges.
  • Customer Service Officer onboarding & hiring process
  • Customer Service Officer manpower allocation
  • Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries.
  • communicating with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
  • Must have a good attitude to reply to text messages.
  • Fast response to new messages from leads.
  • Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in both Melayu, Chinese and English (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Proven experience in a operations and customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangement

  • Thursday to Monday (9am-6pm) SGT
  • Public Holiday pay $34 SGD
  • Remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM12,345,678.00 per month
